Jacoby Custom Cues adheres to near perfect quality standards in every product we make. These standards are what sets Jacoby apart from the competition and contribute to making Jacoby products the best in the world. Due to the fact that all of our products are hand crafted by our talented artisans, there can be minor cosmetic flaws or blemishes. This does not affect the performance or functionality but does prohibit the product from passing our critical standards test. These products become Jacoby Seconds. The Jacoby Ultra & Ultra Pro Seconds can be identified by the "second logo" on the shaft. The BlaCk shafts can be identified by the absence of the shaft logo.
