Any and ALL returns will be handled at the sole discretion of Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. We reserve the right to decline returns for any reason we deem appropriate. We will not authorize any returns of merchandise after 30 days of purchase. If permission is granted to return an unused Jacoby product for refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Any and All Trade-Ins will be handled at the sole discretion of Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. We reserve the right to
decline Trade-Ins for any reason we deem appropriate.
Jacoby Cues warrants all components of the cue for the life of the product. This excludes warpage & replaceable parts ie (tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, & bumper). This warranty applies to Jacoby cues purchased directly from Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. or an authorized Jacoby Retailer or Distributor.
All Jacoby Cues covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced (with product of equal value) without charge.
Jacoby cues are warranted to be free from material flaws,material defects, and manufacturing defects. This warranty is void if your Jacoby Cue has third party alterations, after-market products or if it has been subject to mishandling, abuse, or worked on by an entity other than Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. Jacoby does not warrant its cues against any damage caused by third parties.The warranty applies to original purchaser/owner and is non-transferable. Warranties may be voided if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. All claims are resolved at the discretion of Jacoby Custom Cues Inc.
If a Jacoby product needs repaired you must download our repair
request form from our website HERE: (https://jacobycustomcues.com/PDF/customcuerepairform2020.pdf).
The form must be filled out completely and included with the product in a padded box or tube and shipped to Jacoby Custom Cues Inc. If the form does not have all relevant information included there could be a delay on the estimated repair time.
